Welcome

27 years of getting patients where they need to be.

Our affordable ambulance patient transfer service covers low to medium acuity medical transports across the Auckland region.

We transport people between facilities — public hospitals, aged care facilities, and medical providers — and we foster positive relationships with our patients and clients in our mahi every day.

This is our core service. We won't be delayed by unscheduled callouts.

Why us

Built around the patient, not the schedule.

Public hospital liaison

Strong working relationships with public hospital staff to ensure speedy, issue-free patient discharge.

Medical appointment transports

Being on time is one of our key strengths — including making sure your patient is on time for their appointment, at public and private hospitals, imaging specialists and outpatient clinics.

Wheelchair use

Where appropriate, we can transfer a mobilising patient into a wheelchair for a clinic that can't accommodate a stretcher. They're always transported on a stretcher in the ambulance itself.

Staying with your resident

Subject to availability, we'll stay with your patient for the duration of their appointment. Up to one hour is included in the standard return journey cost.

Accompanying passengers

We can accommodate up to two additional passengers — family, support person, transit nurse — at no additional charge.

Medical oxygen

Up to 3L/min oxygen delivery (5L/min when escorted) for the duration of the transport.

Patient monitoring

3-lead ECG, SpO2, temperature and NIBP monitoring available for your escorted patient when required.

Onboard power

USB power to recharge devices, plus 12Vdc/240Vac power available for medical equipment en route.
